Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also contained in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a legend identifying various areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Additional images released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
